KINDNESS WEEK

It's Kindness Week across the district where we focus on the beauty of Random Acts of Kindness. We will have daily themes and dress up days as follows:

Tuesday (February 11)
Colors of Kindness Day
Wear a Grade Level Specific Color
Kindergarten: Red
1st Grade: Orange
2nd Grade: Yellow
3rd Grade: Green
4th Grade: Blue
5th Grade: Purple

Wednesday (February 12)
Twin Day
Dress Like a Friend or Teacher

Thursday (February 13)
School Colors Day
Wear your CES Colors!

Friday (February 14)
Red/Pink Day
Wear Red or Pink to Show you Love & Care

PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY DRIVE

We will also be holding our Peanut Butter and Jelly Drive this week for Mt. Washington Community Ministries as part of our Kindness Week celebrations.

We're asking that grade levels bring in the following:

Peanut Butter
Kindergarten - 2nd Grade

Jelly (No Jars)
3rd - 5th Grade

We will be collecting donations throughout the week and at our Valentines Dance on Wednesday, February 12th

VALENTINES DANCE

We will be holding our Valentines Dance on Wednesday, February 12th from 5:30 - 7:00 PM at CES. This is for ALL Crossroad students and admission is free. We are asking for donations of Peanut Butter and Jelly for Mt. Washington Community Ministries in lieu of admission. A couple things to note:
-Students MUST be accompanied by a chaperone. No drop offs will be allowed.
-Food and Drinks will be provided by the CES PTA.
