We hope you had a great Memorial Day Weekend and you're ready for the FINAL WEEK OF SCHOOL! Here are your updates for this week:
SPECIAL OLYMPICS FUNDRAISER RECAP
We're happy to report that CES not only met it's Special Olympics Fundraising goal of $500, but exceeded it! In total, CES raised $681 for our district wide Special Olympics Fundraiser! As a district, we were able to raise over $11,000 towards this important cause.
Thank you to all the students and families who participated in this effort.
SBDM PARENT VOTING
We will announce our three (3) parent candidates for the CES Site-Based Decision Making (SBDM) Council this week. Voting will take place at school on Friday, May 30 (CES Field Day and Final Day of School).
FIELD DAY VOLUNTEERS
We will be holding our CES Field Day on Friday, May 30 (our last day of school). We have a large amount of volunteers who will be supporting with this event on Friday. If you did NOT sign up to support as a volunteer already, you will NOT be allowed to come on Friday to support Field Day.
If you are one of our volunteers, please check in at the office on Friday morning and we will assign you to a location/event that morning.
