BCPS Childhood Cancer Awarenss Week
Across the district we're recognizing Childhood Cancer Awareness this week. This will include daily dress up themes:
Monday: Put Cancer to Bed (Wear PJ's)
Tuesday: Give Cancer the Boot (Cowboy Day)
Wednesday: Be Their Hero (Wear Superhero Shirt)
Thursday: No One Fights Alone (Twin/Squad Day)
Friday: Gold Out Day (Wear Gold Shirt)
We're also collecting donations for child cancer patients. CES has pledged to collect unopened board or card games. Those donations are being collected up through Friday, September 20th and can be brough to school at any time.
High Attendance Day
Thursday, September 12th is High Attendance Day across the state. While we want our students with us everyday, we especially want our students on this day as we try for the highest attendance across the district and region on Wednesday!
