  Title 1 Math Night

Freedom is sponsoring a math night on Tuesday, March 11 from 5:00-6:30. Please join us for dinner, games, and giveaways.. You can compete against students in "Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader?" and participate in a family escape room as well as other fun math activities. Please sign up with this link. The grade level with the most participants will receive an ice cream party from our FRYSC director, Sherri Bishop, who is also sponsoring this event.

Jump Start the 25-26 School Year/ Kindergarten Registration

On March 10, we will begin a school wide competition between the kindergarten through 4th grade levels. This competition will run through Thursday, May 1. The grade level that has the greatest percentage of students registered for next year will receive a "Jump Party" the following week. You can register all students online beginning March 10. Make sure to choose Freedom as your school and 25-26 as the year. There is only one application needed per family. If a student isn't listed, click "Add New Student". Your children's grade level(s) will get points when you register them. We will keep track of online registrations with a scoreboard. This helps us to plan for next year. For example, if you have children in first grade and second grade, each grade level will get a point.

If are unable to log into Infinite Campus Parent Portal, please email the parent's name along with the parents' date of birth to stephanie.self@bullitt.kyschools.us. She will be able to reset your password for Infinite Campus. The link below will help you get to Parent Portal.

On March 10, students can register for kindergarten in person at Freedom from 9:30 to 2:30. Please use this link for information on what you will need to register. This is a very busy day at Freedom so we ask that parents/guardians only accompany kindergarten students.

Opportunities for Freedom Students

This year, Freedom was proud to establish the first cheer team for our school and district. Our coaches want to continue the work. Please click on this link to find out more about our cheer team and upcoming tryouts for next year.

The north end of our county has also established the North Bullitt Football and Cheer Association (NBFCA). Read more about it in the link above.

Fourth Grade Mini-Golf Exhibition

Our fourth grade students have been studying angles and force and motion. To demonstrate their learning, they collaborated with peers to design miniature golf courses. Before presenting their work to parents, they received feedback from third and fifth grade students. I have played Putt Putt several times in my life but these were some of the most challenging courses I have ever played. Thanks to our teachers, students, and parents for their efforts.
